Year 4 have an amazing music teacher, Miss Tabbush, working with them all through the year. Each week, they are learning different skills from reading music to playing percussion instruments. This week, we had djembe drums, claves and a guiro.
The children were learning all about the structure of the earth, what the earth is made of and where volcanoes and earthquakes occur and why. We looked at a model of the earth and worked together to find out all about the layers and what their properties are. Have a look at what they found out... This was all independent as the children were working from home. Wow! Amazing research!
